The first time I had one of the cakes from Bakery at Mac's, I actually thought that someone in our family had made the cake. It was too beautiful & just tasted so awesome for anyone to claim it as theirs! I just can't believe that anyone can make a cake like that and not be heard about anywhere else other than in Monroe, NC. If they don't, they ought to be making a large amount of money for these incredible cakes! If I were rich and had a chef and had elaborate functions & parties I would hire them to work for me making only these awesome confections. And I would give them time off whenever they needed it. God has given you a very special talent. Use it wisely!
